Christmasing

It's only a few days before Christmas and I am still trying to tie up loose ends. It's a good thing we fininshed our Christmas shopping long ago because our days have been filled to the brim with other activities and assignments.

Yesterday I worked on our neighbor gifts. Turned out to be a lot of work, but I am so happy with how they turned out. Take a look...

Oh, and just in case we weren't busy enough, Steve and I were visited by one of our high councilmen last night. We have been asked to be a Ma and Pa on our Stake's Trek this summer. Bring on the bonnets and bloomers!

Shane and I were a Ma and Pa just this past summer. It was AMAZING!!! I know it is mostly for the youth, but I learned a ton and got to do it with my husband at my side. I hope to have another opportunity in my lifetime.

Trent and I will be a Ma and Pa with you! I don't know about you but I am WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY (I could go on for ever) excited about the trek. It's all I can think about and its so far away! We will have to plan some long walks this spring to get ready!

So can you share the recipe....I need a little bit of "heaven" at my house :) Wish we lived a little closer!

As for Trek - you will love it! Hardest, but one of the most rewarding things ever. You and Steve always have such positive attitudes, and that's what will get you through. I'm excited for you!
