So much FUN!

Ok, so here are some more before and after shots, this time with people and not flowers. I had a request so here you go. I probably won't be doing this a ton more. In the future I will just be posting the afters, but enjoy the difference here. It is amazing! I LOVE THIS PICTURE! My two favorite men. How can you not love them?

New found joy...

So, recently I have gotten a new digital SLR camera along with Photoshop and have become OBSESSED with all that you can do with these two great toys! Here is an example of what I am talking about... Here is the before and after of a sunflower in my backyard. I didn't do much with this picture, just brightened it up. That is the beauty of the nice camera, the picture is already great. Photoshop just gives it a little oomph! So pretty! Here is another... it is a good picture but I thought I would have a little fun with it... I love this picture! It turned out great!

Raspberry Days

This post is a little slow coming... sorry Steve! A couple of weekends ago we got to go to Bear Lake for Raspberry Days. It was great. This is the weekend that Steve looks forward to every year in Bear Lake. (well at least for the summer time). It is the annual Diederich family reunion and we can usually plan on great weather and fun. This year didn't disappoint. We went boating with Steve's brother Daniel's family, went to the fair, saw the parade, and saw fireworks with the whole Diederich clan. It was a ton of fun! This is Reagan with McKensie and Tori, her cousins, on the boat.

Watching fireworks... Grandma and Papa Henrie came up on Friday and Saturday to spend some time with us. It was great to have them there. Reagan would rather be with them than us any day of the week. The weather didn't disappoint. We had sunny skies with sudden short and sweet rain showers throughout the weekend. I was in heaven!

Ahhhhh....

I have just finished the best book in the Twilight Series... Yes, you heard my right... it is the BEST! I am so sad to see the series end after that fabulous book, but at the same time I am so happy it ended the way it did. I love all that happened to Bella and those around her. I couldn't have imagined a better story! Mrs. Meyer - thank you for writing such great books!

24th of July Weekend

We had a great weekend! Steve had Thursday and Friday off so that made it even better! We went to Butlerville Days and watched fireworks with friends from our neighbors house, they have prime seats! On Friday we had a BBQ with friends and on Saturday we went to Thanksgiving Points Farm Country and took a walk to the park. We had so much fun and I was sad to see it end. JOHN MAYER IN CONCERT!!!

Last night I went to the greatest concert!!! John Mayer with Colbie Caillet and Brett Denan. It was awesome! Brooke, Lindsay and Anya joined me to make it even better! Thanks for making it so much fun! We had 3rd row front and center seats... you can't beat that! WE LOVE YOU JOHN!

One of my favorite people in the whole wide world, and there are only a few, visited me this week! Erin Hill is truly a great person. I feel so lucky to have her in my life! We have had so, so, so, so, so many good times together. I could write a book about all the fun we have had. I felt it was time I thanked her for her amazing friendship and tell her how much I love her! Love ya, Rin!

Now, to the one and only special and perfect for Erin man out there... It's time to get it together and realize that this great girl is out there and ready to be blown off her feet! Would you please STEP UP and do the honors? We have been patient and we think it is time you made your appearance! GO GET HER!!!

4th of July Weekend

We had a great 4th of July weekend. Steve's brother, his wife, and two boys were in town from Alaska so we had a lot of Diederich time with the fam. It was a lot of fun! It was nice having all of the family together. We really missed Hugo and Anina... Keep up the good work you guys! HAPPY 4th OF JULY!!!

Jackson Hole & Yellowstone National Park

The Henrie family just got home from a great trip to Jackson Hole and Yellowstone National Park. We had such a great time! Thanks to mom for planning such a fun trip and thanks to Steve for coming up with the idea. We had such a great time, I think I'm ready to start planning the next one! The whole fam in Jackson Hole.
